yes, autumn is here in new york
but i have not been able to enjoy it yet. first three weeks have indeed been hectic.
every week, i have 3 problem sets due, a composition due, and a quiz.
my first midterm is on octobre 2nd and my last exam of this year will be on 18th of decembre. i tried to get the airplane ticket for the plane that leaves on the 19th but there was no seat left for planes on 19th and 20th. So I am taking the plane on 21st of decembre.
there are so many classes that i want to take at this school, but i just don't have the capacity to take more than 6 classes. my eyes are already red!
there are more KMLA alum in columbia graduate school than undergrad. amazing.
i am blessed to have song unni here. even if we don't meet that often, knowing that she's 5 blocks away is comforting. (but we meet at least once a week :))
and i have two amazing girls on my floor!!
추석에는 송편과 잡채를 먹었다.
3학년이 되어서야 드디어 고대하던 흑인친구가 생긴거다. 그녀는 얼마전까지 컬럼비아 농구팀 선수였다. dreams come true!
아프리카에 대한 나의 소망은 줄어들지 않았다.
내년에는 꼭 스와힐리를 들을 것이다.
이시간만 되면 너무 배고픈데, 피곤한 상태인데 잠이 잘 안온다.
heart to heart cereal맛있다. organic valley 2% reduced fat milk랑 먹으면 완전 굳.
심포지엄 가고 싶은데 맨디랑 비를 뚫고 갔던 생각이 나서 먹으면서 눈물날 것 같다.
앨리스티컵이랑 비얼드파파랑 chikalicious랑 grey dog's도 가야지.
입맛은 없는데 괜히 가고 싶은거다.
economic development 수업 같이 듣는 애 중에는 키플링 가방에 고릴라 10마리를 넘게 달고 다니는 애가 있다.
silk우유는 다 맛없는데 초콜렛 맛만 맛있다.
그제 힐러리왔었는데 못봤고 24일에 샤키라가 온단다. 고등학교의 추억이 새록새록.
사고싶은 것: 토론토행 비행기, digital camera, blazer.
얼른 paid internship이나 구하자.
3학년이 된 것이 육체적으로, 정신적으로 느껴진다.
